ClearCircle (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, email us or join the early-access waitlist, and how we use it.

Joining the waitlist is free. We do not take payment on this site.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, you give us:

• Name
• Email address
• Region (for example India, United Kingdom, Europe, United States)
• Why you are interested (the motivation you select, or the short note you type)

The form also includes a hidden field used only to catch automated spam. Real signups leave it empty. We do not keep that field.

If you email us, you give us whatever you include in that message, such as your name, email address, and what you write.

We do not ask for a payment card, password, or government ID.

When you visit the site, our host and advertising tools may also see technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. That is normal for any website.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to:

• Confirm you are on the list
• Email you when units are ready to ship, or with related product updates you would reasonably expect
• See which regions and use-cases people care about, so we can plan production and shipping
• Reply if you write to us

We use technical and advertising data to keep the site working, measure ads, and understand whether a visit came from a campaign.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and ads

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and whether someone who saw or clicked an ad later joined the waitlist. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

You can limit ad cookies in your browser or through Google’s ad settings. The site still works if you block them; waitlist signup does not depend on advertising cookies.

Who processes data for us

We use a short list of providers to run the site:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and waitlist API
• Amazon SES — sends the waitlist notification email to our inbox
• Google — website analytics and advertising conversion measurement, if the tracking tags load

Waitlist emails are sent to us from our mail service. We read them in order to manage the list. Those providers only process data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist records until we have launched and finished contacting people on the list, or until you ask us to delete your details — whichever comes first. After that we remove them unless we still need a record (for example a message you sent us that we must keep for a complaint or legal request).

Server and advertising logs are kept only as long as those providers retain them for security and measurement.

Your choices

Email hi@clearcircle.in to:

• See what we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it and leave the waitlist
• Ask us to stop emailing you

We will handle that request. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in California, you can ask us for the categories of personal information we collected and to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

This site is for adults buying or researching home products and kitchen appliances. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to waitlist mail is limited to people operating ClearCircle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

International transfers

Our host, mail and advertising providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. If you join the waitlist or email us from India, the UK, Europe or elsewhere, you understand that your details may be stored or processed in those locations in order to run the site.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you are already on the waitlist and the change affects how we use your details, we will email you.
